Week 4: The basics of fly ball coverage and understanding the "V"

As we get closer to opening day, this weekly update will start to look at some mechanics for refresher. We will look at the basic to the more advanced as we go. This week is basic for fly ball coverage and understanding the “V”. The most important thing to remember here is to not react too quickly when a ball is hit. Pause and Identify before reacting. Simple mechanic and should always be a reminder to each other in your pre-game talks.
