CONSENT AGREEMENT AND INJURY WAIVER
In consideration of acceptance into the NHBUA Apprentice Program, I agree to conduct myself in a manner which will reflect favorably upon myself, the umpire profession, fellow umpires, the competitors and spectators. I understand that failure to conduct myself properly may result in my suspension without reimbursement of any fees I may have paid. I understand that certain risks are inherent in my participation in the game of baseball and I assume those risks on my own accord and will hold the NHBUA and its officials, team sponsors and field owners harmless of any injury I may sustain in the course of traveling to and from, while participating in the apprentice program.

Fall and Spring Umpire Development  Program  Cost

  1. Costs prior to September 1st/ February 1st; first year candidates, $100; returning candidates $80.
    After September 1st/February 1st, add $20.
  2. Registration is open until September 1st/March 1st.  Email Baseball Umpire Development Director Tom Fischer for class availability after September 1st/March 1st
